I, John Doble, have been a lifelong resident of beautiful Cape Cod.  I was born & raised in the town of Bourne.  I worked as a police officer for 35 years.  My wife & I raised our children in this community.  Striped Bass fishing has been a passion with my family on my mother's side.  As a kid growing up a lot of my mornings were spent along the banks of the Great Cape Cod Canal.  During the early morning breaking tides as the sun would begin to rise, the sky would display beautiful colors.   On many occasions I would put the rod & reel down & take out my pocket camera & take a couple of shots.  This was how my love of photography really got started.  From the canal sunrise images & our beautiful landscapes, I would never leave home without the camera ready to click away when something caught my eye.   Sunrises & Sunsets became an addiction for sure.  My wife & I love what all of New England has to offer for weekend trips from beautiful landscapes to mountains in New Hampshire & Maine.   Durning some of the cold winter months, my wife & I love to travel.  And yes, my camera is always close for the kodak moment.  When visiting my website, there are different folders containing images of various regions that I have explored over the years.  I continue to travel throughout New England & other regions of our country adding beautiful images along the way.  I hope you enjoy my website & I would always love to hear from you.                                                  John Doble
